Dolapo Fasasi, a student of the Lagos State University, who is accused of complicity in the suspected murder of a Deputy Superintendent of Police, was released on bail with the sum of 200,000 on Tuesday.
Last week, the 300-level student was arrested by the Lagos State Police Command alongside a former Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Joko Pelumi and 46 others allegedly involved in the murder of the cop Akingboju Akindele, in Ikorodu area of Lagos State on October 27.
Campus Reporter Investigations revealed that only six of the 48 suspects were arraigned and have been released on bail by a Magistrate court in Ebute-Metta, Lagos State.
It was gathered that 42 of them, including Mr Pelumi, were released by the police.
