The management of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), Ondo State, has indefinitely postponed the matriculation ceremony for the students admitted in the 2022/2023 academic session.
Previously, the matriculation ceremony was to hold between 7 and 13 May 2023.
In a circular signed by the institution’s Registrar, Olugbenga Arajulu, the postponement seeks to allow all newly admitted students to complete their registration and get assigned their matriculation numbers.
The circular added that any student who fails to complete their registration before the institution announces a new date for the ceremony would not be enrolled as a student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko.
In conclusion, the circular read, “All fresh students who have not completed their registration should use this opportunity to do so. A new date for the matriculation ceremony will be communicated later. Thank you.”
